Dr Stephanie Raven

Stephanie Raven, ND

I am Dr. Stephanie Raven (she/her/hers). I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Herbalist. Some of my primary clinical focuses include sports medicine, chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, digestive health, hormonal health and burnout. I also provide gender affirming care, including hormone therapy. I practice trauma-informed care and strive to create a welcoming clinical environment for patients of all ages, genders, and body types.

I believe that community is critical to our wellbeing. Community has been de-emphasized in our current culture, which has been to our detriment. One of my primary goals with Aralia Health is to offer accessible and affordable healthcare to our local communities. I believe that we should all be equipped with the skills to improve the health of ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Many of the medicinal herbs and natural medicine modalities that I utilize have roots in Indigenous healing practices. I recognize that I am practicing on the unceded territories of the Salish, Kootenai, and Kalispel people. As I continue these practices, I honor their origins and the original bearers of this wisdom.
